Weekly Workshop for Friends and Family of People Working Towards Mental Wellness

This workshop is designed to provide support, education, and resources for friends and family members of individuals who are actively working towards mental wellness. Over the course of five sessions, participants will learn how to better understand and support their loved ones in their journey.
